The ensuite bathroom boasts an opulent metal bathtub, dual sinks, independent walk in shower & separate toilet closet.
Upper Patio Suite
Situated in the East of the Villa, this is the most private of suites. This expansive upper level lodgings boasts high vaulted ceilings & private patio area with kitchenette & lounge area.
Fitted with a luxurious king sized bed with designer linens, flat screen smart TV, SONOS sound system, coffee station, ensuite bathroom with walk in shower, twin sinks & separate toilet closet, large walk in closet and electronic safe.
Lower Master Suite
This expansive lower level suite is located on the pool level with private patio doors opening up onto a quiet private seating area. This suite has internal adjoining doors connecting directly to the office/additional bedroom – ideal for those with small children. The bedroom is equipped with smart TV, SONOS sound system, large walk in closet & electronic safe
The spacious bathroom has a freestanding bathtub, dual sinks, stand-alone shower, toilet closet & dressing table.
Dome Suite
Located at the front of the villa, this lower level suite has a private door opening up on the side patio & lawn area.
The high ceilinged room boasts an opulent four poster bed, coffee table and seating, in-room fridge, coffee station, smart TV, SONOS sound system & electronic safe.
The Mediterranean style bathroom is fitted with a spacious step-in shower & dual sinks.

Office/ Bedroom
Grand office with corner desk & sofa area, filled with opulent, yet relaxing works of art. The office is fitted with TV, Printer & standard office supplies.
Grand doors open up directly onto the lawn patio area.
The office sofa coverts into a queen size bed and with the adjoining doors into the Lower Master suite is ideal for children.
Living Room
High ceiling, spacious, open-plan living room.
TV area with comfortable seating for 7 guests, alternate sofa area with seating for 5 guests

Dining Room
Below the Replica Cathedral of Florence masonry dome ceiling, the Villa Firenze dining room hosts a stunning round table with comfortable seating for 8 guests, or 12 guests when extended.
An ornate iron chandelier casually hangs central to the dome. Windows overlook the pool area & beautiful Italian fountain.
Kitchen
Classic dark wood cabinetry complimented by a grand stone range hood. A large kitchen island, with a large gas range top where guests can sit and chat with the chef as he whips up some culinary delights.
The gourmet kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances: dishwasher, Wolf oven & microwave.
Wine Cellar
Located off the kitchen, the walk-in wine cool-room can host up to 200 bottles of wine & champagne. A further floor-to-ceiling beer fridge can also be found in this cool room.
Shower Room
Found directly off the central courtyard, this shower room can act as the bathroom for the converted office bedroom. Full size walk in shower, sink & toilet facilities
