The two main trails in the park are the Laguna Meandrica trail and the Araceas Nature trail. 

• Playa Hermosa  

There’s no particular trail there, but this area is part of the wildlife refuge called Refugio Nacional de Vida Silvestre Playa Hermosa-Punta Mala. This wildlife sanctuary stretches for 13 km along the Pacific coast from the village of Hermosa to the village of Esterillos Oeste. Therefore, you’ll be able to spot incredible wildlife during your walk, including colorful scarlet macaws and snowy egrets.
