The Firenze Escape, Signature & Elite: Which Package Is Right for Your Group?

Costa Rica

October 05, 2026
Key Takeaways
  • Villa Firenze’s three packages start at $5,000, $7,500, and $10,000 nightly, with four-night minimums.
  • All packages include exclusive use for 12 guests, staff, a Jeep, and golf cart.
  • Escape is self-directed; Signature adds breakfast and planning; Elite adds meals, helicopter, and boat.
  • Spa treatments and most tours cost extra on all tiers: massage ~$80, ziplining ~$75.
  • No package is all-inclusive; tiers differ in how much is built in versus arranged.

Think of Villa Firenze’s three packages less as three hotels and more as three ways of being hosted by the same generous friend. One hands you the keys and a map of the coast. One has breakfast on the table before you’ve found your sunglasses. And one sends a helicopter.

The house never changes. The infinity pool still spills toward the green hills of Costa Rica’s Central Pacific coast, and the four suites still gather around their Italian-style courtyard like old friends around a table. What changes is how much of the holiday is done before you land.

Some groups want a private villa in Costa Rica as a base camp for days they plan themselves. Others want to arrive and never think about a meal, a transfer, or a booking again.

The Escape, Signature, and Elite are three answers to one question: how much of this trip would you like to hand over?

Here’s what every package shares, what each adds, what costs extra, and how to choose.

What All Three Packages Share

Start with what never changes, because it’s most of the story. Whichever package you choose, the estate is yours alone: no other guests, no shared facilities, no stranger claiming the best lounger. Every package includes:

  • Exclusive use of the villa for up to 12 guests
  • Four master suites plus convertible rooms
  • The infinity pool and outdoor terraces
  • Daily housekeeping
  • A villa manager and concierge on the property
  • The gaming room and gym access
  • House wine and spirits
  • A secure, gated private estate
  • A Jeep Rubicon and six-seater golf cart, one for the coast road, one for the lazy trip down to the pool

Every package also shares the same 4-night minimum stay, which is about how long it takes to forget what day it is. For the full tour, see the Villa Firenze amenities page and our roundup of the top amenities to enjoy at the villa.

It’s worth being clear on one point: none of the three packages is all-inclusive, and Villa Firenze is not a resort. There are no shared dining rooms and no set seatings, only a private home and a team devoted to your stay. Each tier simply takes a little more into its care, leaving you less to arrange.

Villa Firenze Packages, Tier by Tier

Each package builds on the one before it. Here’s what each adds, and when to choose it.

The Firenze Escape (from $5,000/night)

The Escape is the blank canvas: the whole estate, the whole team, and your own brushstrokes on everything else.

A private chef, tours, and activities are all available at an additional cost, booked as generously or as sparingly as you like. A chef for one birthday dinner and long, lazy breakfasts of your own making the rest of the week? Entirely allowed.

A boat tour one afternoon and absolutely nothing the next? Also allowed. Encouraged, even.

Choose the Escape if your idea of a holiday includes a restaurant shortlist, perhaps with a few of the tables around Los Sueños Resort and Marina nearby.

The Firenze Signature (from $7,500/night)

The Signature is for people who believe a holiday is only as good as its mornings. On top of everything in the Escape, it includes:

  • Daily gourmet breakfast prepared by the private chef
  • One welcome dinner
  • Grocery pre-stocking before you arrive
  • Itinerary planning and a dedicated concierge
  • A welcome amenity and evening turndown

In practice, the fridge is full before your suitcase is open, breakfast is waiting every morning, and someone is already sketching out your week with you. Afternoons and evenings stay deliberately loose, the white space in an otherwise well-drawn plan. Spa treatments and tour activities remain at an additional cost.

Choose the Signature if you’d like your mornings and your planning handled, and your afternoons left gloriously undecided.

The Villa Firenze Elite (from $10,000/night)

The Elite is the version where the biggest decision of the day is which swimsuit to wear. It includes everything in the Signature, plus:

  • Chef-prepared meals throughout the day, with customized menus
  • One private boat excursion
  • Custom tour setup
  • Premium refreshments

Arriving by helicopter is a sentence few people get to say about a holiday, and with the Elite it’s simply how the week begins.

From there, the table is set, the day on the water is already on the calendar, and the tours are built around you rather than a group schedule. Spa services and additional tours beyond what’s listed are still at an additional cost.

Choose the Elite if you’d rather spend the week being looked after than looking things up.

What Costs Extra on Every Package

Even the most complete package leaves a little room for indulgence. Spa treatments and most tours are booked separately on all three tiers, through the concierge team. Approximate prices:

Add-on Escape Signature Elite
Massage ~$80 ~$80 ~$80
Ziplining ~$75 ~$75 ~$75
Costa Cat boat tour ~$120 ~$120 Included

Prices are approximate and may change, so confirm with the concierge team when booking. For more ways to spend a day on the water, see our guide to the best water-based activities in Costa Rica.

How to Choose the Right Package for Your Group

The right package is the one where you stop paying for things you won’t use and stop arranging things you’d rather not. Three questions usually settle it:

  1. Planner or passenger? If you love researching restaurants and booking your own days, the Escape gives you the estate without paying for services you’ll never touch. If the words “let me sort out dinner” fill you with dread, the Signature or Elite will take it off your hands.
  1. Who’s cooking? With the Escape, a chef is optional. The Signature covers breakfast and a welcome dinner. The Elite covers meals throughout the day. For a group of 12, that’s the difference between a holiday and a catering operation.
  1. Road or rotor? If a helicopter arrival and a private day on the water are already in the trip you’re picturing, the Elite includes both.

Still torn between two? The concierge team can talk through your dates, your group, and your plans, and point you to the better fit.

One Estate, Three Ways to Stay

Same pool. Same suites. Same sunsets over the Pacific hills. The Firenze Escape, Signature, and Elite are one private estate at three levels of service, and the only real question is the one we started with: how much of this trip would you like to hand over?
